Partnering closely with Investment, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Middle Office teams, you will oversee core hedge fund operations, including fund administrator oversight, month-end close, cash and position reconciliations, and trade lifecycle management, while helping to build scalable processes, strengthen controls, and drive automation initiatives across the platform. The ideal candidate must come directly from a hedge fund and bring deep expertise across hedge fund operations, strong experience partnering with fund administrators, prime brokers, and counterparties, and a proven track record of improving operational workflows, infrastructure, and controls within a growing investment management platform.
