The role supports all business lines through development in Creatio, Power BI, and Cognos Analytics/IBM Business Analytics; contributes to data governance and data architecture; and delivers secure, scalable insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and overall business performance. Field and triage end-user inquiries, troubleshoot access, data, workflow, and usability issues, document resolutions, escalate defects when needed, and identify recurring themes that inform training and roadmap priorities.
