Working collaboratively with the program director and other staff, the teacher maintains a positive learning environment, provides active supervision, builds relationships with families, and supports compliance with Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Office of Child Care regulations and CA policies. Provide a balanced variety of experiences, including creative arts, STEM activities, literacy, physical activity, cooperative games, outdoor play, and opportunities for choice and independent exploration.
