Strong knowledge of all WMS & TMS systems - comprehensive understanding of systems (Oracle WMS/TMS and comparable platforms), equipment (scanners, RF devices, label printers, conveyors, AS/RS), operating models (3PL, in-house, cross-dock, hub-and-spoke), applications (WCS, YMS, Fleet Management, EDI/ASN), and connectivity to servers (database, APIs, middleware, network/firewall, VPN). Good knowledge of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) - understanding of capacity scheduling, demand/supply planning, constraint-based optimization, and how APS outputs (production and shipment schedules) drive execution in MES, WMS, and TMS, with experience integrating APS systems with Oracle EBS and shop-floor/warehouse execution layers.
