During your first six weeks, you will: • Meet and build relationships with leaders and members of the Customer Success, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams • Shadow Engineers and CSMs on customer engagements • Through this, you will gain a deep understanding of our customers, their use cases, and the various stages of their journey with OpenEnvoy • Spend a lot of time reading API docs, build your own applications against our APIs, start creating solution designs for customers, join customer meetings, and lead your own meetings. • Work closely with Sales and Engineers in the pre & post-sale process to do deep discovery into our customers' technical, financial, and operations needs • Use this information to design solutions • This will involve whiteboarding, creating detailed solution design documents, and guiding customers' development plans • OpenEnvoy Solutions Architects are trusted advisors to our customers.
