Certifications, Education, and Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, successful passage of the organizations Pharmacology exam, current intravenous therapy experience, proficiency in peripheral line placement for children and newborns, experience with PICC line insertion and ultrasound-guided PIVs, PICC placement proficiency within 1 year, IV Certification (CRNI) within 2.5 years, and BSN degree preferred.
