Working knowledge of Printing and decoration technologies for aluminum packaging (e.g., lithography, coatings, curing systems), High-speed manufacturing processes and integration of new technologies into production environments, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) development and quality systems within product and process design, Financial evaluation tools and cost-impact analysis for engineering solutions, Industry trends, emerging technologies, and external innovation landscape for Ink & Graphic applications. Minimum of 3 years' experience doing product, process or material development within manufacturing or engineered product environments, cross-functional project execution with supplier management and technical stakeholder alignment, structured development within printing, coating, or high-speed decoration processes using engineering tools (e.g., Design of Experiments (DoE), statistical analysis, FMEA).
