Operational & Technical Leadership Support daily operations of the Echo Lab, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and quality outcomes Assign staff responsibilities based on skill level and patient care needs to ensure safe coverage Maintain schedules, monitor staffing levels, and adjust as needed to meet patient volumes Oversee tracking of non-invasive procedures and department utilization Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, supplies, and inventory. Leadership & Collaboration Provide feedback to leadership regarding staff performance, including coaching and development needs Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary processes as needed Participate in the interview process and provide candidate feedback Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and leadership to promote effective communication Support budget planning, including operational and capital needs Assist in planning for department design, workflow, and space utilization.
