Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Sonographer II! As a Sonographer II at MercyOne, you will: + Perform ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, and other related Ultrasound procedures as necessary on scheduled or emergent basis + Maintain related records + Provide general assistance to the radiologist in interpreting studies + Provide technical instruction to students and hospital staff Schedule : + Per Diem (PRN) General Requirements : + Must be registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with two of the following: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS) + Maintains active registry status with ARDMS (30 CME’s every 3 yrs/annual payment) + 2+ years sonography experience + Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within six (6) months of hire and every three (3) years thereafter. + Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every two (2) years thereafter Colleagues of MercyOne Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout the system!
