In this role, the Site Supervisor will: Provide leadership, management, and direction for the assigned clinic location across all areas of local operations, including staffing, employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity of the assigned site, and facility appearance and maintenance. Work in close collaboration with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and other members of the management team to promote open communication, ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients, and facilitate revenue growth for the Practice.
