Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers as a Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS RVT) or by Cardiovascular Credentialing International as a Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI RVS) is required prior to being hired. Performs echo and vascular studies as required, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, contrast echocardiography, carotid duplex studies, upper/lower extremity arterial testing, upper/lower extremity venous studies, some abdominal vascular studies.
