The Sonographer will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to produce high-quality images that assist in diagnosing and monitoring patient conditions while ensuring patient comfort and safety.Key Responsibilities<ul><li style="color:black">Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians</li><li style="color:black">Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures</li><li style="color:black">Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain clear diagnostic images</li><li style="color:black">Review images for quality and completeness</li><li style="color:black">Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation</li><li style="color:black">Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines</li><li style="color:black">Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li style="color:black">Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field</li><li style="color:black">Certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists preferred</li><li style="color:black">Certified in abdominal ultrasounds</li><li style="color:black">Clinical experience in ultrasound imaging</li><li style="color:black">Strong patient care and communication skills</li><li style="color:black">Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li style="color:black">Hospital</li><li style="color:black">May require evening, weekend, or on-call availability</li></ul>
