This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting the overall team.Essential Functions<ul><li>Unload donations from multiple trucks throughout the day</li><li>Sort products efficiently using warehouse equipment</li><li>Identify and remove defective or unsellable items</li><li>Create bales as needed throughout the workday</li><li>Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory and organization</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members, leadership, and donors</li><li>Maintain a customer-focused approach in all tasks and interactions</li><li>Perform job duties accurately to support overall operational success</li><li>Follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines</li><li>Support team efforts to meet department and company goals</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Education Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting</li><li>Strong attendance and punctuality</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment</li><li>Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)</li><li>Ability to lift and move items (boxes, bags, etc.) weighing up to 50 pounds</li></ul>

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt in front of them. PURPOSE: To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.

Picks up soil linen and places it in the corresponding sling/cart. Follows standard operating procedures.
