EXPERIENCE: In evaluating each candidate's qualifications, consideration will be given to the candidate's coursework and experiences in the areas of scientifically based research, assessment, and professional development in the area of second language acquisition, cultural and linguistically responsive teaching, early literacy skills for grades 7 - 12. Collaborating with classroom co teachers, and school building administrators regarding the implementation of research based instructional strategies that are direct, explicit, systematic, and designed to meet the unique needs of ALL students.
