Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President of Beach Building Services, the Director, Design and Construction Services (DDCS) is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and coordination of the design and construction of all major and minor capital projects. The ideal candidate is skilled at representing the division professionally with the Chancellor's Office and external agencies, advocating for campus facilities needs and design and construction priorities, and effectively engaging with executive leadership and a broad range of stakeholders within a shared governance environment.
