UVA Continuum Home Health Care offers our therapy clinicians autonomy in their professional practice, provides scheduling support while also allowing self-scheduling and provides mileage reimbursement at the Federal level. We serve Central Virginia, including Charlottesville, Albemarle, Augusta, Rockingham, Harrisonburg, Staunton, Waynesboro, Nelson, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Louisa, Orange, Madison, Greene and Culpeper.
