In this role, you will play an essential part in helping children reach their full potential by completing comprehensive evaluations, assessing speech, language, and feeding/swallowing skills, and developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Ensure effective coordination of home care services through timely completion of required documentation and transfer of pertinent medical data to the individual’s physician, Director of Clinical Services, and other caregivers.
