•Current license/certification in the state of practice.
•Must meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of accumulating the supervised experience or meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
•Demonstrates competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Speech Therapy to the patient population served by this facility.
•Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation.
•Demonstrate ability to assess patient needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
•Requires creativity as well as the ability to work independently.
