Plan, organize, and direct the project management functions through all phases of a project - Preconstruction - Closeout: Preconstruction - Building the A&E team, design management, schedule management, constructability review, budget development and cost control, contract administration, construction bidding and planning, and permitting strategy and process. May work on site location to include ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
