The department is comprised of a department head, 7 tenure line faculty, 7 full-time and part-time lecturers, 7 office and technical staff, approximately 250 undergraduate students, and approximately 20 graduate students, The facilities associated with PLSC include a brand-new 20,000 square foot Plant Sciences Complex; a 16-acre Horticulture Unit consisting of 40,000 sq.
