Advanced knowledge of multimedia compliance including NEPA, USACE, CWA, DOT, SPCC and Waste management, water quality, construction / industrial / municipal stormwater, air quality, T&E species, USFW, and Historical Resources Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering, Environmental Science, or another related field is preferred. Review and prepare technical reports and providing quality assurance and quality control of project documents with a focus on compliance of permit conditions, procedures, and regulatory agency policies and regulations for projects in development stage through execution stage Working closely with EPC and contractors to ensure project compliance, providing guidance, interpretation, and requirements.
