Athletic Site Supervisor OAK LAWN PARK DISTRICTAthletic Site SupervisorOak Lawn, ILMARGINAL FUNCTIONS:• Attend all park district trainings• Obtain and maintain CPR Certification• Complete accident/incident reports• Enforce and abide by all Oak Lawn Park District Policies and general rules• Responsible for Oak lawn Park District equipment and control in the gym, and supervise participants along with spectators admittance to the gym.• Report any and all unsafe conditions immediately to the Athletics Supervisor• Work in a cooperative and assisting manner for the constant improvement of all aspects of the Oak Lawn Park District.• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor as deemed necessary and appropriate under your position. Prepare sites for recreational activities (gym, softball fields)• Distribute and collecting all forms and scorecards from teams• Communicate with the Athletic Supervisor, officials, and patrons as necessary• Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and organizing all game day equipment• Record scoresheets for adult league and intramural league games• Report and record all behavioral/disciplinary/unsafe conditions that may occur• Obtain knowledge of the park districts rules and policies• Assist with the setup of events• Assist all umps, referees, or any other game official when needed.•
