The Director works closely with BILH Leadership, particularly the Chief Pharmacy Officer and VP of Pharmacy Business Operations, to manage the ongoing refinement of an enterprise strategic planning function that supports the growth and development of pharmacy services across the BILH system. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
