The role combines deep technical involvement in marine structural engineering, including berthing and mooring analysis and the design of bulkheads, docks, piers, and related waterfront structures, with project leadership, business development, and the strategic growth of the MCR practice. Experience preparing design calculations, plans, specifications, technical reports, and construction or observation documentation, preferably within integrated or contractor-led delivery models (e.g., Design-Build, EPC, Progressive Design-Build).
