li style="font-size:12pt">Effectively leads and manages a team of Engineers to design/certify aircraft modifications for such systems as air-conditioning and heating, cabin management, in-flight entertainment and communication, electrical power distribution and conversion, personal power (convenience and utility outlets, wireless charging), interior lighting, potable and waste-water systems, smoke and fire detection, security and camera. Managing People– Provides direction and gains compliance, includes subordinates in planning, takes responsibility for subordinates' activities, makes self available to subordinates, provides regular performance feedback, and develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth.
