About this Opportunity: Reporting to the Float AHR/HR Administrator, the Staff Human Resources Manager independently manages and oversees all aspects of staff HR operations for a portfolio of divisions within the Department of Medicine, which collectively represent large and complex organizations with faculty, fellows, and staff involved in clinical care, research, and teaching across multiple sites. About the Team: The Department of Medicine is the largest department in the School of Medicine with over 3900 staff, faculty, trainees and students and an annual budget of approximately $600,000,000 consisting of patient care revenue, sponsored research funds, endowments and gifts, state funds and affiliated hospital funding associated with the academic programs within the department.
