The Office Manager / Chief of Staff will serve as a central point of coordination for the Fort Worth office and leadership team, supporting daily office operations, front-of-house hospitality, administrative functions, leadership coordination, financial administration, meetings, events, travel, onboarding, and internal office rhythms. The right person will be equally comfortable greeting an important client, preparing a conference room, coordinating lunch, processing an invoice, arranging travel, supporting an interview, organizing supplies, solving a scheduling issue, and helping the leadership team stay focused and prepared.
