Four years of construction industry experience with a general contractor as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager required, including: any experience with project management finance, including cash flow analysis and cost tracking; construction project management software and scheduling tools; mentoring, coaching, and motivating teams; working directly with owners, engineers, and regulatory agencies; and with managing multiple projects simultaneously, including on-time and on-budget completion.
