Advance systems, automation, and data quality - Partner with technology teams to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, automation, and system functionality across platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Spectrum, TRACE, and other operational systems. You will build reporting and performance visibility, diagnose service and delivery issues, identify network optimization opportunities, and partner across operations and technology to improve coffeehouse service, provider performance, inventory management, and execution consistency.
