Formulate the major objectives, specific policies, plans, procedures, and programs for the branch operations; work closely with department managers to convert broad programs to specific plans; provide assistance to department managers in the development of their specific performance targets, programs and plan in accordance with Company goals and objectives; evaluate each department's operating results and performance against pre-determined objectives; consult with department manager regarding personnel decisions; assist department managers with major, target or critical accounts. Any person performing the position while under the influence of marijuana or any other illegal drug may constitute a threat to health or safety or in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, aircraft, motorized watercraft, or motor vehicles or handling of hazardous materials and/or waste as part of the job duties.
