The Fuel Facility Manager will ensure that facilities are operated in compliance with ATA 103, SPCC, FRP, and CFR 195 regulations, Storm Water Pollution Prevention; Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations; and OSHA regulations; assist with construction projects; update, as required, the SPCC Plan, Storm Water Plan, and Emergency Response Plan; be responsible for employee safety, operational training programs, and proper utilization of manpower. Ensures the implementation of the stations Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan, Facility Response Plan, Environmental Emergency Response Plan, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and other assigned plans and programs as directed by the General Manager.
