Serve as an on-site Owner’s Representative and Project Management professional, as required, to oversee construction activities, monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors, consultants, and design teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and protect the owner’s interests throughout all phases of project planning, construction, and closeout. Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of construction-related documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, submittals, shop drawings, daily reports, weather records, contracts, change orders, and cost reports to identify trends, risks, delays, and key project findings.
