Assisting with models to project the workforce and equipment procurement requirements needed to support short-term and long-term growth of the operations business unit to successfully implement the program and to optimize work schedule/resource allocations. Role and Scope of Position: This position has the primary responsibility for ensuring that the New Hampshire Eversource Distribution Automation capital investment program is optimally developed to provide the highest levels of system reliability at lowest possible costs.
