The successful candidate would be teaching courses and supervising students in statistics, data science, or mathematics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, have an active research program that ideally includes students, and participate in departmental service activities. The candidate is expected to teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate statistics, data science, or mathematics courses in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, to maintain a program of scholarly activity, and to work on curriculum and program development.
