Develop, write and run complex computer programs in SAS and R to 1) utilize, summarize, and describe datasets, including frequencies, lists, and plots and 2) perform statistical analyses of biomedical data, employing appropriate statistical methods, such as survival analyses, generalized linear modeling, nonparametric methods and graphical methods. Under the direction of the Supervising Statistician or Statistician Manager, the Statistician 1 writes and runs computer programs to summarize and perform statistical analyses on data concerning topics in the biomedical sciences, preparing reports to summarize those results.
