The company combines the stability and resources of a larger enterprise with the flexibility and culture of a locally managed leadership team.   This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level structural steel Project Manager ready to step into a broader operational leadership role within an expanding organization focused on process improvement, accountability, collaboration, and long-term growth.     The Opportunity   The Director of Operations will oversee a team of Project Managers while helping drive operational consistency, communication, and execution across the business.   This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of steel fabrication and installation projects and is ready to transition from project execution into operational leadership.   The organization utilizes EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles and modern operational systems designed to support scalability, leadership development, and operational excellence.   This is not a sales-focused role.
