Drives the construction management process of assigned steel and precast projects including, but not limited to, reviewing client contracts, participating in the preconstruction and bidding process, performing submittal and Request for Information (RFI) processes, resolving issues and coordinating purchases with subcontractors and suppliers, analyzing steel and precast activities with respective teams, and leading timely project closeouts. Cultivates strong relationships with clients, design partners, and other key project stakeholders by addressing clients' business drivers, frequently visiting project sites, and facilitating conversations with the project team.
