The Structural Steel Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for structural steel projects. <h5>Product Sales Specialist </h5><p>The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy for the Industrial & Renewables Transformer product lines within the Power Transmission business for the West region. </p><h5>Roles and Responsibilities </h5><ul><li>Develop and execute a growth strategy for the GE Vernova Industrial Transformer (IT) businesses. </li><li>Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the order intake plan for the West region. </li><li>Develop and implement a plan to sell Industrial Transformers to target markets including Data Center, Oil & Gas, Steel, OEM, EPC, and General Industries. </li><li>Support technical and commercial tendering activities ensuring compliance with tendering and booking instructions. </li><li>Lead pricing strategy (based on competition intelligence and need for factory load). </li><li>Lead and support negotiation (technical, commercial, T&Cs, risk) activities. </li><li>Driving pipeline pulsing per region and actions to increase capture rate. </li><li>Lead business development roadmaps definition and execution. </li><li>Provide regular updates in SPEAk4GE (Salesforce.com) for opportunity pipeline. </li><li>Collaborate directly with key customers to position for growth of three-phase Pad-mounts and Secondary Substation Transformers. </li><li>Provide sales training to Account Managers and Channels including opportunity qualifications, competitive positioning, specification influence, and other initiatives as required. </li><li>Be the essential link from the market to the factories (engineering, tendering, forecast, supply chain, execution, after-sales support). </li><li>Support the factories as necessary in the execution of orders. </li><li>Provide forecasts (for factories and region), as well as market and competitive intelligence. </li><li>Work jointly with Marketing and Engineering teams to drive development and delivery of new products and services to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction. </li><li>Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows and other promotional events. </li><li>Manage expenses for travel within budget. </li></ul><h5>Required Qualifications </h5><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Application Sales. </li><li>Availability to travel up to 40% of time in the West region. </li></ul><h5>Note </h5><ul><li>To comply with US immigration and other legal requirements, it is necessary to specify the minimum number of years' experience required for any role based within the USA.
