Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on job site needs.Our Benefits:<ul><li>100% Company-Paid Medical Insurance for employees</li><li>Comprehensive Dental and Vision Coverage</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with up to 3% company match</li><li>5 Paid Holidays</li><li>Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year of service; 2 weeks after 3 years</li><li>Company-Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li><li>Per Diem and Travel Accommodations Provided</li><li>Tool Program</li><li>Paid Professional Training and Development Opportunities</li><li>Annual Company Christmas Party</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assemble, install, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment </li><li>Erect structural steel and equipment using hoisting and rigging systems </li><li>Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on structural steel and components </li><li>Repair or replace mechanical and electrical components including motors, pumps, compressors, and wiring </li><li>Measure, level, and align machinery and structural components using precision tools </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and schematics to ensure proper installation </li><li>Perform layout and design of equipment placement using measuring devices and field calculations </li><li>Load, transport, and handle materials in accordance with job site requirements </li><li>Maintain safety standards and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively (nationwide) </li><li>Minimum 3 years of millwright experience </li><li>Proficient in welding, rigging, and equipment installation </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in industrial environments</li></ul> Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
