OneSource Staffing is hiring in New Columbia, PA - offering a solid team, steady 2nd-shift work, and pay starting at $19/hour or more. Position Details:<ul><li>2nd  Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm</li><li>Starting Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour</li><li style="text-align:left">Overtime as needed to meet production deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>You must be experienced in welding Stainless Steel Sheet (you will be tested at Interview).</li><li>Weld together metal frames and sheet metal components for ovens and environmental test chambers with electric arc-welding (TIG and MIG) equipment.</li></ul> ***If you're interested in this job and want to learn more, simply click the blue 'Apply Now' button on the right side of the screen.*** Key Job Duties: TIG Welder<ul><li>Select and prepare electrodes for welding operations, including loading electrodes into portable holders or threading consumable wire through welding guns.</li><li>Connect welding unit cables and set amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse according to specifications provided by Welding Engineers or Technicians; initiated power supply to generate required current.</li><li>Strike and maintain welding arc to melt and deposit metal, ensuring proper fusion and joint integrity.</li><li>Guide electrode or welding gun along weld lines with consistent arc length and travel speed, monitoring metal color, weld sound, and molten puddle to achieve required bead size and penetration.</li><li>Perform welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions; inspected completed welds for bead quality and adherence to specifications; applied filler rod when required.</li><li>Clean, degrease, and prepare work pieces; repair cracked or damaged parts by grooving, scarfing, and refilling.</li><li>Remove excess weld, slag, and spatter to ensure clean and accurate finishes.</li><li>Preheat work pieces using hand torches or furnaces; position, clamp, and assemble components using jigs or fixtures; perform tack welding to secure assemblies.</li></ul>Education/Experience:<ul><li>Two year welding certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Use math skills for measuring and converting units. and ensure timely order execution</li><li>Monitor sales activity, quotation progress, customer trends, and forecast data through CRM systems and reporting tools</li><li>Analyze market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improve market positioning</li><li>Deliver technical presentations, product training, and customer education programs within the feed, biofuel, grain processing, or agglomeration industries</li><li>Technical knowledge of pelleting processes, equipment performance optimization, and maintenance practices</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field</li><li>Experience supporting aftermarket service programs and long-term customer account development</li></ul>Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:<ul><li>Must be able to work from a home office environment with reliable internet access and maintain productivity independently</li><li>Frequent travel to industrial customer sites, manufacturing facilities, mills, and processing plants throughout North America</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate industrial environments during site visits and inspections</li><li>Occasional lifting, carrying, or handling of sample products, tools, or equipment components up to 50 lbs</li><li>Exposure to industrial conditions including loud noise, dust, vibrations, moving machinery, and varying temperatures</li><li>Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hard hats, hearing protection, and additional site-specific safety gear</li><li>Ability to participate in extended customer visits, technical evaluations, and field support activities as business needs require</li></ul>Other Requisites:<ul><li>Travel within the region in support of customer relationships and business opportunities
