Flexible and accessible work schedule that includes late evenings, weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs; Some exposure to the food & beverage industry, preferred; The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment; Positive attitude with excellent communication skills; Must process a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene; Ability to remain calm under stress; No prior experience required; Receive, scrape, rinse, and rack dishes and utensils; Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen; Empty garbage cans in dish area and throughout kitchen as needed; Sweep and mop floors in dish room and kitchen.
