This is a remote, part-time, as-needed position offering the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional in-person office visits and fieldwork required to support employee needs, meetings, training, orientations, and other business activities. What You'll Do: Provide professional Spanish language interpretation for employee meetings, orientations, training sessions, benefits open enrollment, performance reviews, disciplinary meetings, pre-screening, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, investigations, etc.
