Performs engineering design services associated with the development of Capital Improvement Programs and related design documents such as preliminary design reports, project cost estimates, cost/benefit analysis, value engineering reviews, and various evaluations and reports concerning system hydraulics, water supply, distribution, storage, treatment and water quality projects. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing projects withinwater infrastructure specifically overseeing the design team in the preparation of plans and specifications for drinking water capital improvement projects.
