Experience: 5-7 years of laboratory testing experience in product certification, quality, manufacturing, or product development environments, ability to follow test procedures, experience with UL, mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing, hands-on experience with tensile, compression, torque, pull-out, impact, and other mechanical testing methods, experience with testing cable, connectors, or electrical infrastructure products preferred. Working closely with engineers and lab leadership, this role independently conducts testing projects, assists in developing test methods and fixtures, analyzes results, and serves as a technical resource for troubleshooting issues.
