Position Responsibilities: clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds ensures that vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal paint building interiors and associated prep-work miscellaneous carpentry repairs appliance repairs repair or replace plumbing fixtures change locks maintain supplies and records solicit bids for major repairs, purchases, or contracts Education and Experience: high school diploma or equivalent willingness to perform any task that is required (i.e., janitorial, gardening, etc.) familiarity with maintenance related software, including Yardi Mobile, a plus good work safety habits good communication skills ability to interact with a diverse range of people Compensation details: 26-26 Hourly Wage PI6a17af427830-25448-414067265c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 Must be organized, self-motivated, and have proven proficiency with basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
