Oversees all aspects of group room management including monitoring group room pick up, inputting groups into various systems (Front Desk, Sales, Rates & Inventory), track and manage group accounts for invoices, reservations, pick up, Honors points and commissions. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following tasks: Performs general office duties including typing, filing, faxing, copying, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes, and corresponding via phone and email.
