Abilities - Ability to maintain a safe, secure, and organized lab environment; apply established policies, regulations, and procedures; work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and the public; provide guidance and oversight to student employees; support instructional activities; manage multiple tasks and priorities; and respond effectively to operational and customer service needs in a fast-paced lab setting. Through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, full-time employees working at the College may qualify for forgiveness of the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan.
