As a Lab Technician MLT at MercyOne Genesis, you will provide quality phlebotomy and laboratory services for patients by following regulatory guidelines and requirements for specimen collection, handling, processing, test analysis, quality assurance, reporting, maintenance of equipment, and record keeping. MercyOne Genesis serves a 17-county bi-state region of the Quad Cities (Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa, and Rock Island and Moline, Ill.) metropolitan area and the surrounding communities of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
