Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Begins collaborating and partnering with OCMO and other teams Village-wide to evaluate clinical performance and determine appropriate clinical programs to positively impact outcomes; collaborates and partners with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new medications and medication protocols Village-wide, monitor progress, evaluate performance against defined success metrics, and support achievement of Pharma Ops objectives. Begins to manage and coordinate new initiatives from idea generation to implementation: new clinical program/ initiative design and development, training and communication materials development, pilot facilities support (training, communication, tracking and follow-up), pilot results review and evaluation, development of field and physician communications, training tools and the facilitation of Village wide implementation.
