Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline, including three (3) years of DoW/DoD experience; Or seven (7) years of directly related experience with the certifications specified in the PWS labor category performance requirements, including five (5) years of DoW/DoD experience. Assist with technical program management work in an intelligence environment, including building the team’s annual action plan and planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program and project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
